About Student Outreach Program

The preliminary aim of the Student Outreach Program is to bridge the gap between the technologically progressive industrial community and students.

The roles Student Outreach Program will play in the overall development of students include:

  • Awareness
Spreading cognizance about the wide spectrum of openings in various Chemical Engineering firms is of utmost importance in today’s scenario as a huge percentage of graduates tend to pursue management courses or take up jobs in non-core companies and end up working on projects which are nowhere related to their original field.

  • Mentoring
Working under the watchful eyes of competent personnel, soft skills of capable students can be polished to achieve the target of nurturing spearheads for startups in Indian Chemical Industry thus facilitating growth and ensuring a better future.

  • Entrepreneurship and Innovation
Providing a helping hand to ignited young minds by merging their ingenious ideas into the prevailing technology and imparting opportunities for showcasing their aptitude at entrepreneurship would instill a sense of encouragement and an urge to keep treading the path of innovation.

  • Encouragement
A podium which allows showcasing one’s research in the midst of pioneers of the industry would in itself be a huge source of encouragement for beginners looking to leave a mark in the professional world.
